2. What data we collect

• Registration and account data: name, e-mail address, login credentials.
• Service usage data: the contents of the chat with the assistant, descriptions of the business and the apps the user creates, configuration preferences.
• Payment data: handled securely by the payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, system logs, technical cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing and delivering the AppBuild service and the generated apps — performance of the contract.
• Managing payments, subscriptions and billing — contractual and legal obligation.
• Security, abuse prevention and service improvement — legitimate interest.
• Marketing communications, only with prior consent — consent (revocable at any time).

4. Providers and transfers

To deliver the service we rely on third-party providers acting as data processors, including cloud hosting providers (Microsoft Azure), artificial intelligence model providers for processing requests, and payment (Stripe). Any transfers outside the EU take place with adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legal obligations. Account data is kept until the account is deleted and for the period required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdrawing consent, by writing to privacy@appbuild.im. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.

We use technical cookies necessary for the site to function and any measurement cookies. You can manage your preferences from your browser.

We may update this policy. Changes will be published on this page with the relevant date.
